How We Work
Our supplier network reaches manufacturers and their authorized channels directly. That access is what lets us hold price and date on parts that are otherwise hard to place, and meet an approved-source requirement when a specification carries one. On long-lead items we line up a second qualified source in advance.
Part number, revision, and manufacturer are confirmed against the requirement before a purchase order goes out, and again on receipt. Certifications and traceability documentation are collected at the time of purchase, when they are easy to get, rather than chased after delivery.
Packaged and marked to the specification on the order, shipped by traceable means, with documentation submitted through the required system. If a date is at risk you hear it from us first.
